We collect 9am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday. We’ll provide a 3hr time window the evening before the day of your collection as well as a 30min courtesy call on the day of collection

If you’ve chosen to have your items collected from outside, there’s no need for you to be home.

As long as your items are 100% dry either inside the bags you purchased from us or your own, then we’ll just let you know when it’s done. No need to do anything else.

If placed in an area that is accessible and doesn’t need anyone there to provide access: such as a porch, accessible garage etc, there is no need for you to be there and no need for the driver to call you.

We can’t dismantle any items.

We provide an upstairs service that can be booked on the site for a small charge.

For any “Mattress, Divan & Headboard” product:
We will send two bags for both parts of your Double or King divan (please place headboard in the mattress bag)

We do not have a drop off facility for residential customers.

We can’t accept cash, all payments are online.

Yes, we can take other items away too, please email us a photo of the items help@pickmyoldbed.com and we’ll provide a competitive quote.

If you have a different type of bed, please book it in according to the size:

  • Single bunk beds (these will be booked in as two singles)
  • Triple sleeper bunk beds (these will be booked in as one double and one single)
  • Ottoman: please book in according to the size of your ottoman
  • Electric bed: if your electric bed is in two parts, these will be booked in as two singles
  • Any other odd sized bed or mattress can be booked in according to its nearest size
